Privacy

This is test wording for a fictional operator. Replace it after the real legal operator, data locations, retention periods and service providers are approved.

What an enquiry collects

Email, optional phone number, message, selected catalogue items where applicable, consent, submission time, a CAPTCHA result and limited technical data needed for abuse prevention.

Why it is used

To answer the enquiry, confirm stock and pricing, arrange a next step, prevent abuse and maintain a minimal sales record.

Where it goes

The intended production flow stores the enquiry in the private NHIMBE Operations database, then sends limited notifications to the private operations Telegram group and approved email inboxes. Cloudflare provides the CAPTCHA challenge; Telegram and the email provider process notification data under their own terms.

Choices

Do not submit the form if you do not want to be contacted. A real operator must provide a working access, correction and deletion contact before public launch.

Retention

The pilot retention period is not yet legally approved. Test enquiries must be removed before production migration unless they are deliberately retained with a lawful business purpose.
